Nothing like heavy triples on a bar with no spin, 8s on squats and answering emails between sets at 6am. Nonetheless- i love training back at my home gym @crossfitgarage - they are never getting rid of me. So pumped about the progress on my jerk...learning to bring the bar down has forced me to correct my positions. I am pretty good at talking my way out of doing things i don't want to do but i am really pushing myself out of my comfort zone lately. Thankful for my coach more and more every day.
