Guess what? I LOVE my body?? It's a feeling of empowerment- to embrace myself as an individual, rather than a number.
The weight I may move in the gym is great, and so is muscular development. But there is NO greater achievement than reaching a point of unconditional self-love. This is my promise. No compromises. No but's or ifs. No apologies or regrets.
