Here's my #flavorgod spicy Chicken black bun Sandwich!

The cheese garlic bun tasted so good with the:
⚫️Chicken patty
?Guacamole
⚫️Yellow bell pepper
?Tomato
⚫️Sprouts

Here's my recipe for the patties:
Ingredients for chicken patty:
Ingredients:
?1 1/2lb - ground chicken breast
?1/3 cup - carrots julienned
?1/4 cup - parsley ( fine cut)
?1/4c up - panko bread crumbs (sub oats or ground cashews for gluten free version)
?1 - egg beaten
?2 tbsp - #FlavorGod Seasoning
?1 tbsp - garlic / minced
?1 ts. - #flavorgod PINK S&P or sea salt

Directions:
▪️combine all above ingredients and form patties.
▪️A quick pan sear for 5 minutes ( 2 1/2 minutes each side) on medium heat, makes these patties perfect for a delicious healthy start to a meal.
