After a long week I don't know about you guys, but I am ready for a big Saturday Breakfast! Carley has definitely shown us all how it's done! With her full skillet full of deliciousness and topped off with my Everything Spicy, so easy and so delicious! Thank you so much Carley!

I decided to spice things up a bit and make a Buffalo Hot Wing Brat Skillet. First I sliced yellow potatoes and fried in ghee butter in a cast iron. While those were frying, I sliced up @5280meat Buffalo Hot Wing Brats into 1in slices and began to cook in ghee in a separate pan.

I then added the brats to the potatoes along with a splash of bone broth just to keep it moist. Then I cracked about 10 farm fresh eggs over the top of the skillet and added sliced peppers on top. I placed the skillet in the oven at about 375*F for roughly 20min until eggs were cooked. Garnished this with cilantro, onion, jalapeños, and of course @Flavorgod Seasonings Spicy Everything seasoning. So easy and so delicious!
