#FlavorGod PAN SEARED CHICKEN in a PINEAPPLE GARLIC sauce

Here's a recipe similar to a restaurants I use to bartend at? but without all the added sugar and salt.

INGREDIENTS:
?2 chicken breast fillets
Sauce
?2 teaspoons - vegetable oil or butter
?2 tablespoons- garlic ( minced
?2 tablespoons- chopped green onions
?1 tablespoon - #flavorgod garlic seasoning
?1/2 cup- pineapple juice
?2 tablespoons- chili paste
?2 tablespoons - vinegar ( apple or white)
?1 tablespoon - soy sauce ( or coconut amino)

Directions:
1. Make the sauce by heating 2 teaspoons oil in medium saucepan.
2.Sauté the garlic and onion in the oil for just a few seconds, not allowing the ingredients to burn.
3.then quickly add the pineapple juice, followed by chili sauce, vinegar,and soy sauce.
4.Bring mixture to a boil and continue to simmer on medium/high heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until thick.
Heat 3 tbsp. vegetable oil in a wok or a medium saucepan over medium heat.
5.While oil heats up, chop chicken breast fillets into bite-size pieces.
6.Sauté chicken in the hot oil, stirring occasionally, until light brown. Remove chicken to a rack or paper towels to drain for a moment.
Add sauce to wok or pan with chicken and toss well to coat chicken. Serve immediately with rice.
