Medium-rare Rib Eye with mashed cauliflower and red wine sauce. ? Sous vide at 56°C, seared on a cast iron with salt, pepper, flavorgod, and ghee. Made mashed cauliflower with ghee, 2%, garlic seasoning and chives. Spot on. Tasted just like potatoes. Guilt free.
