Here's my Pork Tenderloin Salad with a fresh OJ Vinaigrette
Delicious as a salad dressing or protein marinade

The tenderloin was a simple pan sear using my seasonings. Here's the vinaigrette recipe.

Ingredients:
?6oz. - orange juice ( I used 2 medium oranges) fresh !!
?1 1/2 tablespoon - extra virgin olive oil
?1 tablespoon - honey
?1 tablespoon -apple cider vinegar
?1 teaspoon -#flavorgod seasoning ( I used my lemon and garlic)
?1 teaspoon - garlic ( minced
?1 teaspoon - ginger ( minced
?1 teaspoon - chives ( chopped
?Pinch of sea salt (to taste

1⃣Blend all ingredients in a bowl with a whisk or fork.
Serve chilled
