Easiest way to eat this much raw kale is by turning it into a sauce. The recipe is below and makes a great way to enjoy a grilled steak.

?ingredients:
?2-3 handfuls of kale
?2 lemons ( juice)
?1/4 cup- walnuts
?1/4 cup- extra virgin olive oil
?2-4 cloves of garlic
?3 tablespoon - Parmesan cheese
?1/2 tablespoon - #flavorgod lemon or garlic
?sea salt to taste
