INGREDIENTS:
4 - 14 OZ NY STRIP
1/2 Cup @Flavorgod Seasonings Lemon Garlic seasoning.
1 small white onion
1 cup brown rice [uncooked]
6 mini sweet peppers
1 large carrot
1 bunch cilantro
6 Asparagus spears
1/2 lemon

Directions:
1. For rice cook brown rice according to package directions. Dice onions, sweet peppers, carrots and cilantro. Sauté onions, sweet peppers and carrots until translucent. Mix cooked peppers, onions and carrots with cilantro and combine with rice. Incorporate all listed ingredients well and set aside.
2. Shave the asparagus spears in a mandolin and cut the tips of and set aside. Blanch the shaved asparagus in simmering salted water. remove after 3 minutes and mix with lemon juice.
3. Rub steak with @Flavorgod Seasonings seasoning and cook to your desired temperature. When steak is finished and resting cook asparagus tips in the fat that was rendered from steak while cooking.
