Strong El Niño conditions are expected to continue through the winter before gradually weakening into spring 2016. The last month has produced an abundance of swell in the tropical Pacific thanks to El Niño while the Atlantic has suffered. We expect a continuation of this pattern over the next 30­-60 days as we start to look for extratropical storms and fronts to start generating more waves as well.
