So finally my new tattoos have healed, I'm over a horrible cold and finished my period so now it's back to training and today kicked my arse sideways. My stomach has totally lost all definition and when I was doing weights my arms felt like jelly. Ive been far too naughty with food and haven't being as active as normal because the kids are on summer holiday and we've been cheeky little campers nibbling on midnight snacks and indulging in life. My cheat day has literally turned into a cheat month and now I'm paying the price for it. Thankfully @beachbodyhq are great at kicking me into shape and I'm coming for that six pack from flab to fab.
