Throwback to Vegas this past weekend. I've been able to maintain my physique off-season from strict dieting for almost six months after my first pro show. ?. I have been training extremely hard for 1.5 years with barely any days off from the gym. Most of my travels away from home were business, family or fitness related travels. I decided to take a few days off and enjoy #Vegas with my girls and support my fellow #WBFF competitors. -
I tell my clients, train hard but don't forget to enjoy a few days off here and there. To be honest by the third day I was already missing the gym and healthy eating. I try to maintain healthy choices while away from home but temptation can get pretty strong when routine is broken. Moral of story? Always enjoy vacation, just make a plan to get back on track when you get back and you will never yo yo diet or feel guilty about indulgences. #Fitness #OffSeason #TrainHard #PlayHard ???
