Tag a girl that needs to hear this: Attention ladies! Please do not worry about numbers on the scale or lifting heavy. Women do not have enough natural testosterone to get "bulky" or "manly." I have been consistently lifting heavy weights for a year and I still maintain a feminine physique and have developed a high metabolism. On the left, I did Crossfit 4-5x/week with ZERO diet restrictions - some days I ate barely anything, other days I binged. I weighed around 135 lbs. For those of you wondering, I'm a little over 5'5". I was what people may call "skinny fat." On the right, I am lifting heavy weights, eating more food, but portioned out for my macros, with cheat meals several times a week. I'm stronger, healthier, happier and I eventually gained weight. I dropped shirt sizes but increased pant sizes. Your body is clay and there's a lot you can do to mold it how you like.
