Would you agree? Real men & women empower, motivate and support one-another. They don't undermine, insult, harass or embarrass each other only to mask their own insecurities. You'd be surprise just how human us "fitness models" are... We put ourselves out there not to be judged and torn down but to help motivate and inspire others to achieve what we have - hell, just a year ago I was looking up to my fitness idols and dreaming of a healthier and better life and now I'm on a first name basis with many of them.
