I've had four days off of my @beachbodyhq routine #brazilbuttlift thanks to a killer period and weakness, but now I'm back on form and smashed an amazing #bumbum session today. I don't normally rest up when I have stomach cramps and back ache but this month floored me bad and sometimes you have to listen to your body and do what's right. I love fitness and feeling great, and after having my two children I'm in the best shape of my life. When I don't workout I'm scrawny and when I do I build muscles, I eat what I love and love what I eat.
