Life shouldn't be measured by the amount of breaths that we take, but by the moments that take our breath alway. A thousand words can come easily, but one action to back them up can be near on impossible for some people. And those some people never change, can't change, won't change, and use their past as an excuse for having no future. On the other hand I'm proud of change, I welcome change, because anything above being walked over, cheated on, used, lied to and disrespected is purely a luxury to me. And not only do I say these words, but I live by them and I mark my body with them. For every step I take makes me one step further away from what hurt me, every burden that falls on my shoulders makes me stronger and every muscle that rips inside of me makes me grow. Never again will I be a victim, and never will I accept anything less for my children. If I walk the rest of my days on this earth alone because of my freedom then it's a welcome change from being the slave that I was.
