XL-sized SW/SSW swell generated by a fairly strong combination of high and low pressure about 1800 miles away from Tahiti is currently lighting up the famed reef of Teahupo'o at the End of the Road. Our high resolution wind model shows that conditions look to remain favorable through the day with light to moderate trade winds. This same storm/fetch will set up a nice run of waves down the road for Hawaii’s southerly exposures later this week and into the weekend.
