Life is good for workers at Severstal, a steel company in the gritty industrial town of #Cherepovets, Russia. Workers have their choice of free services at the company spa in a leafy park down the road from the factory. Massage? Mud wrap? How about a vacation to the Black Sea on the company’s dime? As the rest of Russia retrenches in the face of recession, steel companies like Severstal are booming. “We make steel, and we make a lot of it,” Nikolai told @ニューヨーク・タイムズ. “So we make a lot of money.
