Today was one of my best training days in my career. Back to back Double PRs in the Snatch. 73kg/160# Double shown in the video- sped up in between so i could keep the hopping around funny part in it, the snatches are real time speed. Then in the afternoon smoked a PR Double Clean & Jerk for the first time in over a year.
