Well, the trip to San Diego was an eventful one including losing a piece of luggage out of the back of my car at 70 mph and then getting hit by a row boat on my first day paddling. I'm still without a place of my own but I realized after my workout today how healthy I feel and how covered in salt I am and it made me smile, Imuh be just fiiiiine.
