Check out this list of all the most common Back Exercises I perform:
• DeadLifts
• Bent Over Row
• One Arm Row
• Pull Ups
• T-Bar Rows
• Lat Pull Down
• DB PullOvers
One of the biggest tips I can give for building a bigger back has to be keeping the tension off your arms by pulling through your elbows. This engages the back before the biceps therefor putting more tension where we want it to be!
