At this very moment Complexions is on tour in the Baltic States (Latvia & Lithuania). This work is Dwight Rhoden's "Choke" with music by Vivaldi.

Rehearsal is the key to my pre-performance routine. Going over the step is my main focus. We have to complete so many steps to hit in one counts its pretty crazy/amazing as you can see. Also, having the music in iPhone helps tremendously. Just as much as I love to listen to Beyoncé, I also love listening to the music I dance to.
