Hi ballet boys and ballerinas,
My name is Anthony Javier Savoy and I am a company member with Dance Theatre of Harlem. My favorite stretch is heel stretch that I usually try to hold to build strength in my hips for développé. This has always been very important to me because it's very rare that guys have nice legs and feet like our female counterparts. I've always admired the ballet girls and ballerinas, in my classes and always found their lines to be beyond beautiful. I strive to match the lines they make and work for the strength in the hips most of them possess. Rotation and turnout are a major part of why the girls have great lines and I work hard to make sure I am mastering those very needed skills. I hope you guys enjoy my entry and vote for me!
