Hello everyone!
My name is Amit Hason and I am 15 years old. I live in Israel and dance at the Unison School of Dance.
In this past fall I've been to the YAGP Paris Semi-finals where I qualified to the finals and placed in the top 12 at the Senior division, I was constantly inspired by everyone and the experience was an amazing one.
In addition this summer I've attended the GKA ( Gelsey Kirkland Academy ) Summer program, where I had the opportunity of working with Mrs. Kirkland herself which was a once in a lifetime sort of experience.
As for this summer - I was invited on a full scholarship to the Houston Ballet Academy summer intensive.

And now - my favorite stretch !
This stretch is my fix before class and I do it everyday. My goal is to accomplish a full split in this position ( on the floor ). This stretch is basically a version of a needle, just on the floor, and well, it stretches my back like crazy!! The floor helps me stay square and gives me a contrast.
