Hi! My name is Jacqueline, or as you may know me, @balletbot_. Ballet is my life and my all. I can't go one day without thinking about this beautiful art. How to dance a variation differently, how to make a simple combination more expressive, how to improve my technique. One characteristic that many attribute to me is optimism. I have been away from dancing for almost half a year due to my Os Trigonum syndrome and my surgery just last month. Throughout my entire journey I have always focused on the positive, and tried to see the light at the end of the tunnel, if you will. I always bring up my favorite quote on my posts, "Every setback will prepare me for an even greater comeback." This quote has been my inner inspiration for this optimism that I possess. The journey has been hard, but it will only get better from here! ❤️ My favorite stretch:

My favorite stretch is called a "tilt". It has many variations, but mainly stretches the hamstrings with the leg up in full extension. I love this stretch because of the versatility of it and the challenge it brings to me to improve -- also, it makes for pretty awesome pictures and videos! ❤️ Remember ! 1 like = 1 vote ??
