Baked Chicken Parmesean Open Faced Sammy. 8 chicken cutlets, 1/4 c. grated parm, 3/4 c. italian breadcrumbs, 4 tbsp butter, 300g marinara, package FF mozzarella, bread. 5.5F/15C/33P (all depends on diff kinds of ingredients you buy, macros without bread) best thing i have made so far. Combine crumbs and parm in bowl, coat chicken in melted butter, coat each side chicken in crumb mixture. Spray baking pan and lay chicken on it. Bake at 450' for 20 min. Flip. Bake 5 min. Distribute sauce and cheese evenly on top. Bake 5 add'l min. Top over bread- i used bread from the company i work for's bread box that was fresh made that day. #eatlocal #eateverything #iifym recipe based from: @skinnytaste .
