Today is #internationalwomensday and I'm fascinated by how every person views it so differently. As a girl who was born with underdeveloped breasts I purchased my own at the age of 18 as I believed this was a part of my body that I was lacking, the part that made me feminine. But as I've grown into a woman I realise the part of my body that makes me feminine is what lays beneath my breasts, my heart. It has the ability to build love, compassion, passion, determination and drive. When it feels strong I am strong, and just like any other muscle the more it is torn the stronger and bigger it becomes. I believe we should all celebrate women for being individuals, whether you're a tomboy, plain Jane, glamour model, supermodel, mother or indifferent we are all beautiful inside and should love and respect one another. Let's say goodbye to bitchiness today, high five our sisters and recognise not criticise the achievements of women worldwide. Feminism, sexism and sex will always exist, so why not appreciate and enjoy the body you are blessed with and let others worry about themselves.
