First open wod in the books!
This was a fun one - funny to go from the wod into the heavy clean and jerk - have to admit the pull was scary cause I didn't know how strong the grip on the bar would be - ended up being just a power clean and jerk hahah ( need to work I my leg strength ?) Final score 240reps - 222pounds clean and jerk
