Hey, ladies! As you know I'm trying to keep my page informative and share some beauty/ healthy tips and products I personally use and love. Today we are going to talk about skin, which is the most important for woman: healthy looking skin. When you have low body fat and expedially if you compete you have to make sure your skin gets enough collagen. After aeg of 25 our body's collagen production slows by 1,5% , that's why we start getting wrinkles and fine lines. I have been competing for 3 years and noticed that my skin got very weak and tired, so I did some research in that end decided to try add collagen supplementation and after several of months using Collagen+ Vitamin C by @neocell I did see some improvements in my skin. Also Flaxseed oil is extremely beneficial for your skin, hair and nails, reduces risk of cancer, even helps to burn body fat. And I remember taking Flaxseed oil in liquid form every morning a while back and hated it lol , but now it's available in capsules , so I just take 2 capsules by @optimumnutrition in the morning and 2 before bed time.
