Just finished a 2 hr session .......................................................... #explosive #strength #gym session #calisthenics 20 min warm up #skipping followed by 10 sets of progressively heavier #deadlifts only 3-5 per set except warm up set... Rest of 3 min between sets due to #power not #hypertrophy .... #flexibility #stretches between each set... Including foam roller ..... Second exercise was 8 sets of explosive #pullups releasing the bar with each rep.... As many reps till failure ... This was #superset with #lunge #kicks - after each lunge perform one front snap kick to the chin height all while carrying a 20 kg #weights .... Finished with side leg raises for the medial #glute ( perfect for holding up a kick in #taekwondo or any #martialart .... Mixed in with half an hour of #yoga style stretches focusing on hip flexibility and side #splits ... Destroys you but you feel #pumped after! This explosive #hiit style weight training will increase #metabolicrate so you are #burningfat for hours after your #trainingsession ... Now #shutupandlift !
