Arm session in my trade mark blue singlet ! #training day
Ended up doing a total of 18 #arm sets #supersetting #biceps with #triceps for the first 2 #exercises finishing the 3rd and forth set of each #exercise with a #dropset eg of first set of exercises #dumbellcurls followed by #tricep kick backs followed by leg #stretches then rest , no more than 1 minute... Repeat this for four sets then onto the next set of exercises... #arms are nice but not a priority hence mixing triceps and biceps on the same day. Sometimes it will be back and biceps instead. Large emphasis on #flexibility for my #martialarts #taekwondo hence the stretch set after every exercise. Finished off with #rotatorcuff strengthening ( VERY IMPORTANT) a #calisthenics arm set to ensure functional #strength through a full range of motion and #splits for #kicking ... Happy #gym day now #shutupandlift
