Heart Shaped Banana egg pancakes: (Valentines day breakfast for your hubby)
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️????????
1 large organic banana,
2 eggs(brown, organic)
1/4 tsp organic ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons Almond butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Heart shaped cookie cutter
and a blender!
optional add ins:
1/8 tsp baking powder (add to fluffiness)
1/4 cup organic blueberries/ raspberries/ chopped nuts
2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips
organic maple syrup (heated)

Peel banana, add banana, egg, cinnamon and coconut oil to a blender(add in baking powder if desired).
Heat a non stick skillet(heating is very important, other wise the pancake will spread to thin) and lightly spray with coconut oil. Tun the heat down to medium-low. Put coconut oil on the heart shaped cookie cutter, place in pan.
Pour batter into the heart shaped cookie cutter (I use a half a cup measurement and scoop it, or you can pour straight from the blender)
