“I had followed #JasonAldean around all day documenting his sold-out concert at Chicago’s historic Wrigley Field ballpark. This was a dream venue for him, being a huge baseball fan. It was the first show that I had all stage access, so when it started to downpour in front of the stage, I ran backstage and grabbed this gem. When the image was published, Jason said, ‘I can’t actually shoot beams out of my hat like that.’ He did that night!” As told to Rolling Stone by photographer @drewreynolds
