Hi guys this a super noodle ramen with barbecue mushrooms from the January issue of @jamiemagazine is like a massive hug in a bowl - with both dark and white miso paste it gets the balance between sweet, hot, salty and sour spot on. Kale is an incredible veggie that can be cooked in loads of different ways - here it's roasted and used as a loverly crunchy topping for this hearty broth.
