Hi guys In the latest issue of @jamiemagazine there is a beautiful step-by-step guide on how to make dense, dark & Super delicious Rye bread. the secret to this featured bread is using chocolate and treacle added to this dough but this doesnt make it sweet just enhances the strong colour and flavour. the chewy density makes it a wonderful toast and buttered with a hearty soup or stew is just loverly....enjoy the issue guys and for more info about Jamie Mag and international subscription click the link in my profile big love #jamieoliver
