No pain No gain!? One of my favorite yet hardest ab workouts is hanging leg raises. It's almost like push ups or pull ups. Practice makes perfect. Make sure not to swing back and forth on this movement.

I normally do 4 sets for 15-20 reps. I will start posting more ab videos in response to everyone's requests.
