?Stretching out the calves after today's sprint session

I had a light training day yesterday, I only did a light jog, a few ab and core exercises and had a good stretch...TODAY I felt so powerful, light & energetic! ⚡️#boom

It's so important to have rest days & lighter training days (I have 1 of each during the week, usually Sunday and Wednesday) these days let your body recover, re-energise & build strength ?? Get back to 100% & READY TO ATTACK YOUR NEXT SESSION! #recoveryiskey
