Kale, Spinach and Mint Protein Smoothie: amazing options for breakfast! ?????
2 tablespoons organic hemp seeds
3 tablespoons hemp protein powder
1 frozen organic banana, chopped
1 cup organic kale
1 cup organic spinach
8 organic mint leaves
Cinnamon to taste
2 cups filtered water or coconut water
6 ice cubes

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until the consistency you like.

I always use hemp protein or vegan, never weigh because the dairy factor.
