In late Spring, we'll be opening the doors to NY Store #2: Dominique Ansel Kitchen, our "made to order" bakery, where 70% of the menu will be finished, assembled or baked to order. The first photos taken of the new #DominiqueAnselKitchen items were by my friend @danielkrieger for the New York Times (@nytfood). This is one of them. I've always loved the super airy texture of fresh folded chocolate mousse that hasn't hardened and set in the fridge. And we'll be folding small estate chocolate ganache into whipped cream to the intensity our guests choose, a la minute. Can't wait to show you the difference.
