Wonderful to have @AshGilbertson, friend & @VIIphoto colleague, along with his family, visit my gallery and coffeehouse yesterday in #WestStockbridge #WesternMA.
In early 2015 we'll be offering his books in the coffeehouse — Bedrooms of the Fallen and Whiskey Tango Foxtrot — two definite narratives on the war in Iraq and the aftermath of war, creating a special section in the gallery to support books created by VII Photo and @ナショナルジオグラフィック colleagues.
Side note — if you've visited the Stanmeyer Gallery & Shaker Dam Coffeehouse on Main Street in West Stockbridge and if you've marveled at the @Modbar espresso bar, you can thank Ashley who turned me on to the Modbar brilliance a few years ago. Ash is equally passionate about brilliant ethically procured coffee as I am and a fellow @counterculturecoffee drinker, with #Hologram being our universal favorite roast.
