Our #antipasto of the #Christmas lunch: prosciutto, salame, many different types of cheese (that didn't fit on my board!) served with apple, figs & pear mustard, artichoke paté, dry tomatoes, balsamic vinegar cream & an unbelievable figs preserve with rhum from Calabria. And rye crackers from Sweden. I could go on eating this right until the evening but we stopped to have the pork & veggie roast. No wonder we skipped dinner & today I'm only having some pine apple for lunch! #LabNoonXmas
