This woman is mourning the lives lost in the violent #Euromaidan protests. Women like her came from across the country to shower the square with millions of flowers. @TEDFellow Anastasia Taylor-Lind photographed the women, as well as many citizen fighters, against a simple black curtain. Her stark images tell individual, human stories about revolution and loss.
