Healthy delicious dinner ? Sea Trout: Ginger, lemon, jalapeño, garlic, salt and pepper, wrap in parchment paper and bake on 325 for 15 to 20 min depending on thickness of the fish.
Brussels sprouts: cut in half, toss with coconut oil, salt and pepper. Put on a baking sheet and drizzle with honey. Bake on 350 for 30 min, or until golden brown on top.
Sweet purple mash potatoes: Cut potatoes in chucks and add to a pot of boiling water, boil until you can stab through with a knife. Drain water and mash potatoes with a masher. Add coconut oil, coconut milk, rice or almond milk, salt, pepper and a tablespoon of maple syrup and stir until it's mashed potato consistency. :) #chefshayna #healthy #mybikinikitchen
