I am not one of those "I forgot to eat lunch" people. But somehow, today, it happened for the first time ever. So, I reheated a baked sweet potato (which I always keep in the fridge), and smothered it in almond butter and cinnamon ?. Many people will hate this or say "gross!", because isn't that what Instagram is for? But I really don't care. It was so satisfying and good.
