Dat patient power position...heels down. I'm finding it finally. Sick training session. No misses up to my first 75 snatch as a 58. PR double snatch at 71 (above opener last week). No misses on either lift. However, my best lift of the night was this 73- my friend told me on my lack luster max out day friday to "fight another day" after missing lifts that should have been makes. Thats what i came in to do today was fight. Never settle.
