Hard work⭐️ No one is going to hand it to you, you can't copy it, it can't be taught and you can't find it anywhere.
You can't learn what hard work is unless you actually go out there and do it✅

And believe me, I get it.
I do.
I know what it feels like to be unfit,
to feel like crap,
to be sore and to give up.
I've done all those things and that's what makes me a winner.
Just because you are unfit now or you are sore now, or you can't do something now, doesn't mean you can't do something about it.
Hard work and persistence will get you there. For the 100th time, if you want to do something, do it the RIGHT way, the SAFE way, the HEALTHY way. Don't get sucked into fads, crash diets and ridiculous claims. Just work hard.
Because even IF you fall back into bad habits later in life, you can look back and say "I've done it before, I can do it again" ... Not, "well they don't sell that fat loss pill anymore, so I don't know what the hell to do" ... Think about it
