Morning! I'm feeling like getting into a Trikonasana or Triangle Pose! Great pose for relieving back ache, improving digestion and super therapeutic for stress! With such a busy week ahead of me, this pose is key! Stay in this pose for 30 seconds to 1 minute. As for your positioning, I like to imagine myself between 2 sheets of glass.
