I'm feeling a bit sore after yesterday's 9km @blackmoresaustralia Sydney Running Festival Bridge Run. So this morning I'm stretching it out in a standing splits with my yoga mentor @activeyogi at @flowathletic. Such a great runners stretch for the hamstrings, calves, thighs, groin, knees and ankles.
