If you're feeling a bit down a great peak pose to build up to in your sequence is 'The Wild Thing'. Whilst this pose helps to deal with fatigue it actually is very effective for the treatment of mild depression. So to get into this pose start in Downward Dog. Place your weight onto your right hand and gently open your hips and roll onto your right foot like a side plank. Then glide your left foot back and place your toes on the ground and bend your knee. Now sweep your left hand back, straighten your right leg, curl your back and lift you hips UP to the sky.
