I'm kind of obsessed with adding almond meal (ground almonds) and coconut oil to my green smoothies right now.

Almonds have protein, fiber and healthy fats— with tons of heart healthy monounsaturated fats (and naturally cholesterol free)! And coconut oil is filled with healthy fats (different than bad fats). 2 cups spinach
2 cups water
2 tangelos (or oranges), peeled
1 cup pineapple
1 banana
4 tablespoons almond meal
2 tablespoons coconut oil
